Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) regional offices and bureaus.

Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) allocations, rules
and restrictions for submission to NTIA. Initiated and completed EPA radio

set by the NTIA. Ensured EPA spectrum issues were resolved in an effective

recommended corrective action when required. Manipulated radio frequency
